We want you to be satisfied with SECULO XXI TURISMO. This policy explains how to request a refund for travel services bought from us. Effective date: 2026-10-22.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Supplier conditions

Airfare, hotel stays, transfers and tours are provided by third-party suppliers. Their fare and cancellation rules may affect the amount that can be refunded.

We inform you of these conditions before payment, and we handle the refund request with the supplier on your behalf.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
