We are a travel agency that plans and sells domestic and international travel packages and custom itineraries, with consultative support from planning until you return home.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, e-mail, phone and billing address when you request a quote, book or contact us. To issue a booking, we also collect the traveler details that the airline, hotel, transfer or tour provider requires, such as each traveler's full name exactly as it appears on their travel document. You also give us your trip preferences, such as destinations, dates and the type of trip (leisure, honeymoon, group or excursion).

Information collected automatically: device, browser, pages visited, and data from cookies and similar technologies.

Information from payment processors: confirmation of payment. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes and itineraries and to book and issue your travel services. We also use it to answer your requests, send transactional messages (such as confirmations, itinerary updates and changes made by suppliers), support you before, during and after your trip, improve the website and prevent fraud.

With your consent where required, we also use it to send marketing and to measure advertising.

Cookies, pixels and advertising

Google: we use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads cookies, including remarketing, to measure our ads and show them to people who visited our site.

When a booking includes a minor traveler, an adult holder of the booking provides only the details the travel supplier requires to issue it.
